Getting started
Five gentle steps to set up TrackwellGLP and build a sustainable tracking habit.

Create your account
- Head to trackwellglp.health and choose Create account.
- All you need is an email and a password — no clinic codes or insurance details.
- Confirm your email if prompted, then sign in to land on your dashboard.

Set up your medication
- Open the Medication section and add your GLP-1 (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide).
- Enter your starting dose, frequency (usually weekly), and the day you inject.
- Optional: add reminders so you never lose track of injection day.

Record your baseline
- Add your starting weight in the Measurements section.
- If you'd like, log waist, hip, or chest measurements — these often shift before the scale does.
- Don't stress about the number; this is just your starting line.

Log your first day
- Quickly note what you ate, how much water you drank, and any side effects you noticed.
- Use the Symptoms log if you experience nausea, fatigue, or appetite changes.
- Even a 10-second entry counts — consistency matters more than detail.

Check in weekly
- On injection day, log your dose and how the previous week felt.
- Re-weigh once a week (same time, same conditions) for the cleanest trend.
- Review your trend chart — small drops and plateaus are normal.
